Ray Noel

Ray Noel is the Service Manager at Connecticut Temperature Controls, bringing more than a decade of experience in HVAC controls, electrical systems, and building automation. 

His background includes senior roles in project management, controls integration, and field service, supported by an E2 Electrician license and certifications in Niagara, Tridium, and Distech systems. Ray combines deep technical expertise with a steady, customer‑focused approach to leading the service team and supporting CTC’s clients across the region.
