The LONMARK® certified configurable Predator® Controller provides direct digital control of a variety of
mechanical equipment ranging from zone level control of VAV/CV, Heat Pump, Unit Ventilator, and Fan Coil
Units to air distribution units to mechanical plants to spare point pick up of miscellaneous zone equipment.
The Predator Controller is designed to reside on a LONWORKS® network, providing seamless interaction with
all LONMARK products. The Predator Controller offers cost-effective flexibility that provides various
input/output configurations; each designed to meet the individual equipment application requirements.
• Conforms to and is certified to the LONMARK interoperability guidelines, enabling information
sharing with other LONMARK products.
• LONMARK-compliant with space comfort functional profile number 8505 for zone level control and
the Discharge Air Controller Functional Profile 8610 for air distribution control.
• Field-selectable parameters allow entry and updating of setpoint and control parameters via the

Raptor Configurable Controllers
The LonMark – compatible Raptor Controller monitors and controls mechanical equipment and complex
energy management routines as part of your TALON building automation system. With the addition of the
Universal Inputs/Outputs, the Raptor UI/O can reduce your installed cost and allow you to be more
competitive with the TALON System in your marketplace. The Raptor UI/O point board consists of the 32
points (16UI, 8UO, 8DO). Removable termination blocks are still being used allowing the wiring of
terminations to occur prior to the installation of the controller. This controller provides you
o Large point controller with flexible universal inputs and outputs
o Ease of set up by using universal points as any input termination may be assigned as a digital
input, an analog input, or a pulse accumulator. Also, any output termination may be assigned as a
